decoratorSome of you may know that I am married to an all-American swimmer.  Some of you may know that I am married to the son of the creator of Shrinky Dinks (no lie!).  But, some of you may not know that I am married to my business partner. 

As one component of the Embellishments Design Studio business, my husband, Bill (a residential real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Burnet), and I work as partners in getting homes ready for sale.  With my experience in Home Styling and Bill's experience in real estate, we make up a team that is full service at full speed (his motto, incidentally).  Read on for more about what he is working on and how it can benefit you.

When Good Design & Full Service Meet
Back when the market was having a hay day, no one would question the idea of staging a home.  Nowadays, however, people tend to think twice before putting a lot of money into their place in order to sell it - and with good reason!  As homes stay on the market for longer, people need to be able to finance staging costs as well as the possibility of two mortgages.  Here is where staging - or "styling" - dollars need to be well spent by someone who understands the market, your lifestyle and your budget.
